ACCESSING MYGENESCO.COM
Type www.mygenesco.com into your address bar on your web browser. Please note that MyGenesco is supported on Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome, Internet Explorer, and Safari. W-2 information is not accessible on mobile phones or tablets.
You will need your employee ID number in order to log in to your MyGenesco account, which is located on your most recent pay stub.
REMEMBER:
- USERNAME is the 1st four letters of your last name + last 6 digits of your employee number (all numbers in your ID without the “0”)
- Example: Last Name “Smith” and Employee Number 0823467 would result in a username of “Smit823467”
- PASSWORD (default) is your date of birth in this format (MMDDYYYY)
- Example: March 29, 1981 would be “03291981”
RESETTING YOUR PASSWORD
If you have logged into MyGenesco previously and do not remember your password, click “Forgot Password”. Enter your username on the left side of the screen and hit GO! You will be asked security questions. If answered correctly, you will be able to reset your password. For password resets, please contact w2@genesco.com.
If you have not consented to receive your W-2 electronically, your 2015 W-2 will be mailed to your address on file on or before January 31, 2016.
