Mission Statement

Genesco supports initiatives and organizations that strive to improve the overall quality of life in the communities in which we work and live. By supporting civic, social and community-based organizations, Genesco strives to promote the ideals of not only the Company, but those of its employees as well. Each year, Genesco receives numerous donation requests from quality organizations across the United States. While we wish we could contribute to every organization, the Company must ensure that the goals of the organizations requesting donations are in line with our own mission and guidelines. For consideration, submit your proposal in writing, including the appropriate materials and return to Claire McCall, Director of Corporate Relations.
