Current and former Genesco employees can access their W-2 online at MyGenesco.com.
Type www.mygenesco.com into your address bar on your web browser. Please note that MyGenesco is supported on Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome, Internet Explorer, and Safari. W-2 information is not accessible on mobile phones or tablets.
You will need your employee ID number in order to log in to your MyGenesco account, which is located on your most recent pay stub.
Retrieving Your Employee ID
If you can’t find your employee ID, please contact the appropriate resource below:
Retail Employees – Email POS_helpdesk@genesco.com and include your full name and date of birth in the email.
Corporate Employees – Email HRIS@genesco.com for assistance.
- USERNAME is the 1st four letters of your last name + last 6 digits of your employee number (all numbers in your ID without the “0”)
- Example: Last Name “Smith” and Employee Number 0823467 would result in a username of “Smit823467”
- PASSWORD (default) is your date of birth in this format (MMDDYYYY)
- Example: March 29, 1981 would be “03291981”
Resetting Your Password
If you have logged into MyGenesco previously and do not remember your password, click “Forgot Password”. Enter your username on the left side of the screen and hit GO! You will be asked security questions. If answered correctly, you will be able to reset your password. For password resets, please contact either the POS helpdesk for retail or HRIS for corporate employees.
If you have not consented to receive your W-2 electronically, your 2015 W-2 will be mailed to your address on file on or before January 31, 2016.
